Correction to the Undercover Mouse Instructions Included w/Product

This unique, exciting toy will tease and amuse your cat for hours on end. Follow these instructions to get your Undercover Mouse in action.

SET UP: Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the toy. The plastic battery compartment door is held in place with a single screw and requires the use of a Philips screwdriver. Three AA batteries are required. Make sure they are oriented as the + and - signs indicates. Replace the cover and secure the screw.

MOUSE WAND ATTACHMENT: Locate the mouse wand attachment. Insert the mouse wand attachment onto the matching male extension on the base of the toy. It will fit snuggly in place when properly attached.

ON/OFF/SPEED CONTROL: On the top, center of the Undercover Mouse you will find a round, grey control center with 4 LED lights. The lights indicate the 4 speeds available on the Undercover Mouse. They are SLOW, MEDIUM, FAST and RANDOM. Simply push the center button located in the middle of the grey control center and the unit will begin to run at the slow speed. LED lights indicate the speed the toy is on. Push again for medium speed, again for fast, again for random (this is the most popular with cats) and once more to turn the unit OFF.

SKIRT ATTACHMENT: The outer ring of the grey control center holds the cover onto the base. Gently grab the ring and rotate it counter-clockwise approximately 1/8 of a turn, then lift to remove it from the toy. Now that the ring is removed, the nylon skirt can be placed over the toy, with the hole in the skirt centered on the toy. Once the skirt is properly placed, put the ring back onto the toy and rotate it clockwise until it clicks.

THE HUNT IS ON! You are now ready to put the Undercover Mouse in motion. Turn on the toy by pushing the ON/OFF/SPEED control for the desired speed to activate the Mouse Wand and watch the prey scamper round out-of-view under the nylon skirt. Adjust the speed to your cat's preference. Sit back and enjoy the chase as the Undercover Mouse's random, teasing motion draws your cat into play.

WARNING: As with all pet products, we recommend close supervision while your Undercover Mouse is in use. Small parts can be a choking hazard for children and pets and should be removed if they become dislodged from the toy.
