Return Policy

**Please make sure to follow the instructions below, all orders not in compliance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. **

Most items can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the original packaging.  Please see list below for items that cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will accept returns provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department by e-mailing your request to with the reason for your return.  We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA. - ALL items being returned must be in new and unused condition. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Orders returned without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. *Orders not meeting the policy requirements may also have this fee applied.

Collars, clothing, costumes and apparel items are non-returnable / non-refundable.No exchanges will be made. Please make sure you buy the correct size when you place your order.

All returned beds and outdoor cat enclosures will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. These items must be returned to the sender and not back to

Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.

Foreign orders are non-returnable.

Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.

Open CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.

Treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the RMA clearly marked on both the invoice and the outside of the box. Also be sure to include a note as to why you are returning the item(s). Or if you wish to exchange the item(s) tell us what item(s) you want in place of the items you are returning.

Once your item arrives it will be reviewed by our returns department promptly.
