**Please make sure to follow the instructions below, all orders not in compliance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. **

Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the original packaging.

1. We will accept returns provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department by calling us at 484-879-6456, you may also e-mail your request to customerservice@cattoys.com with the reason for your return. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA. - ALL items being returned must be in new and unused condition.

2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

4. All returned beds and outdoor cat enclosures will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

5. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.

6. Foreign orders are non-returnable.

7. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.

8. Open videotapes and DVDs are non-returnable.

9. Open treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.

10. If your item is defective you must call us at 484-879-6456. Sorry, no return request for defective items will be accepted via email.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the RMA clearly marked on both the invoice and the outside of the box. Also be sure to include a note as to why you are returning the item(s). Or if you wish to exchange the item(s) tell us what item(s) you want in place of the items you are returning.

Once your item arrives it will be reviewed by our returns department promptly.
